you don't need to spend time and money talking to
someone on the
phone who may or may not fix the
issue.
Remember, phone
tech support is only free if the
equipment is still "in warranty".
If it is not, you could
wind up paying a hefty price to have
someone from
across the world guide you -- step by plodding step
-- toward a possible fix. Or, for these "out of
warranty"
situations, you can simply call us and for
the same price of the phone
call you can have
someone there in person to fix the problem for you!

pressing, you can
also set an appointment at your convenience and
we will arrive at the time promised.
Most issues will fall
within one of our Standard Fee
Service categories. If they do not, or
if multiple
issues are involved, then a standard hourly rate of

"Can you keep my
machine running well?" Yes, we
can. We offer pre-paid
maintenance plans based on a
lower hourly rate with pre-scheduled
maintenance jobs
to prevent problems from cropping up. We can
keep
your new PC or laptop running like new for years,
without
the speed and capacity issues that inevitably
occur over time.
Your office network needs the same
attention as
well. With pre-paid plans, you will end up
paying less that if
you simply "call us when you need
